Terms of service

These Terms govern use of the SILKWEAR store and purchases made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

Store use and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or use the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The store is for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with store operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, introduce harmful code, scrape content without permission, or use the store in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Accounts and customer information

You are responsible for accurate and current account, billing, delivery, and contact information, for safeguarding account credentials, and for activity conducted through your account. Notify SILKWEAR promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

Products and presentation

SILKWEAR aims to present products accurately. Colour and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screens, fabric batches, and ordinary production tolerances. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Review product details and size information before ordering.

Descriptions, availability, features, and specifications may be corrected or updated. If a material listing error affects an order, SILKWEAR may contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund the affected item.

Prices, currency, and payment

SILKWEAR's base store currency is USD. Localized display or checkout currencies may be available. The price, currency, delivery charge, discount, tax, and total shown at checkout apply to the order. A payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment is subject to approval, verification, fraud screening, and the payment service's terms.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. SILKWEAR may verify, limit, decline, or cancel an order because of availability, listing or pricing errors, payment risk, suspected misuse, delivery restrictions, or inability to complete the transaction. If an order is cancelled after payment, the cancelled amount is returned to the original payment method.

Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, product issues, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Promotions

Promotions, codes, credits, and offers may have separate conditions, expiry dates, exclusions, minimum spends, or usage limits. Unless expressly stated, they cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

Reviews and submitted content

Content submitted to SILKWEAR must be truthful, lawful, relevant, and must not infringe another person's rights. You grant SILKWEAR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display content voluntarily submitted for store, service, and promotional purposes. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The SILKWEAR name, branding, store design, photographs, graphics, text, and other store content are owned by or licensed to SILKWEAR. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Third-party services

The store may rely on or link to services operated by others. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. SILKWEAR is not responsible for services outside its reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and liability

The store is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SILKWEAR does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous product availability and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension, changes, and general terms

SILKWEAR may restrict store access to address misuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms. These Terms may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.
